Rapid Companies is one of a small number of UK incorporation specialists authorised by Companies House to perform electronic registrations. Our online incorporation process has four stages and will take approximately 10 minutes to completeand you will need a credit or debit card and an email address to complete the process. STEP ONE: Search the Companies House database to see if your choice of company name is available. Some names and words are regarded as sensitive by Companies House and therefore their use is restricted. For more information about sensitive names and words, click here. STEP TWO: Select the type of company you wish to form, or a package from the list below and answer the questions that follow. During this process you will need to have the following information on hand: 1. who will be the directors of your company 2. who will act as your Company Secretary (Rapid can act as your Company Secretary for you) 3. residential addresses and dates of birth for all directors and your Company Secretary 4. where you intend keeping your registered office (Rapid can provide this for you) 5. what the share capital of your company will be ( for a limited company it is usually 1,000 £1 shares; for a plc it is usually 50,000 £1 shares) 6. who your shareholders will be and what their shareholdings will be 7. your credit card details Other useful information would be the details of your auditors, bankers and lawyers. Select the type of company you would like to incorporate: STEP THREE: Once we have collected all the information required to set up your company you will then be taken to our cash register. X STEP FOUR: We will process and confirm your payment and begin creating your new company.
